Feeling of context

KASAM, Feeling of context - Understanding, manageability, meaningfulness Understanding is about understanding, one is aware of his surroundings and how one works and there is no sense of chaos. Manageability is aimed at the tools and resources one possesses to be able to handle their environment, one keeps his or her own control and trusts one's own abilities. When we can handle our lives, we do not see ourselves as victims, but as heroes in our own lives. Meaningfulness is based on its importance and its role in something and arises when one is involved. Which is also central, based on meaningfulness, we create comprehensibility and manageability. We develop our KASAM daily and you can influence a great deal by thinking and bringing in internal dialogues with yourself. Salutogenic health work - Self-esteem and self-confidence are important for the salutogenic factors Seeing things from the bright side and with a salutogenic approach we see things from the bright side, School of hope always tries to see the positive in a situation. The school starts from working with people's health from a salutogenic perspective, we focus on the positive of the individual and its surroundings. We build and feed people with optimism, self-confidence and humor as tools for managing life's challenges. The salutogenic perspective is a holistic approach, a holistic perspective where we look at all aspects of health and the factors that affect it. The problem that arises when a person feels bad is that one has a tendency to focus on the negative, the negative details get too much space in life. With the holistic way of working, you do not focus on the details, it is the whole thing that is important and the School of Hope works to open up the whole to people, learn to appreciate what we have. Self-esteem is the individual's judgment of himself, is one good enough, am I sufficient? Self-confidence is the individual's confidence in their own ability to succeed

Self-confidence is the individual's confidence in their own ability to succeed In order to develop people's self-esteem and self-confidence, it is important that the individual discover their own positive sides, School of Hope assumes that everyone is good at something and that everyone can succeed and with the right tools, the individual will develop. At the development stage, it is important to encourage positive feedback and all positive developments should be encouraged. If a student behaves in a friendly manner, then it should be attempted to be noticed and encouraged, in words or in action. Coping is about the ability to handle adversity, positive coping is about accepting challenges in a balanced way, not to push down or to love them. As we assume a holistic approach, we do not want the adversity to take up too much space in our lives. - Talk, reflect and analyze the student's current coping ability to present pros and cons. - Positive approaches to contributing to positive development and possibly changing lifestyle habits - Practicing learning to confront difficult challenges, in case of any phobias, one should challenge in moderation. Another important part of the salutogenic health work is to get the individual to take responsibility for his or her own life. It is not uncommon for people with a pessimistic view to blame others, sometimes because they see themselves as a victim with impotence. One reason why you blame yourself may be because of a challenging upbringing, it is therefore important to get the individual to understand that it carries a responsibility and actually has an influence evenly against others. In order to train this, it is recommended that you start with small areas of responsibility, a little freedom, responsibility and gradually increase this. Through valuation exercises, you train empathy, tolerance, respect and love for everyone's equal value. When a person has stopped attacking his environment and released the "sacrificial coat", one has come a long way in his own health work. Positive emotions even out their surroundings and at the same time bring positive feelings to the self. Valuation exercises are an important salutogenic factor.

Humor, a good laugh prolongs life which is a salutogenic factor that has a positive effect on health. - Laughter and smile spread positive emotions - Humor and joy create community - Laughter and happiness increase social communication ability - Humor increases creativity and problem solving ability - Laughter brings out intellectual thinking - Trauma, grief and depression are processed using humor. But it is important to keep jokes and humor at a balanced level, not at any other individual's expense.
